關於前進 - 飄移板 Freeline Skating

想請為各位專家一下
目前小弟正在練習前進
依照板上之前的文章作內八前推,外八後拉的動作
我現在情況是可以前進,但要非常非常用力
雙腿好像拖著幾百公斤的石頭一樣
直線走五十公尺,腳就已經軟了
是我的重心錯誤嗎?
還是這項運動雙腳本來就會很費力呢?
