關於出拳時主要出力的肌群 - 武術 Martial Arts

請教一下,一般的認知應該是肌肉收縮的力量會強於伸張的力量
所以在重量訓練中,兩手往前伸的動作主要是用到胸肌,三頭;
往後拉的動作則是背,二頭等等
但是為什麼在做揮拳動作的時候大家比較強調的反而是背肌呢?
