先以V型站姿站好。( 兩腳張開成V字型與肩同寬約45度,當采取這個方式站立時輪子
並不會滑動,這是直排輪基本的站姿。) 身體微向左傾,重心慢慢轉移至左腳。身體稍
向前傾,右腳向前。右腳放下踏穩,重心轉至右腳。
這裏是心的:左右腳交互向前平穩放下,就可以熟悉重心轉移的感覺。
