incident in 2018, when then-Astros asst GM Brandon Taubman physically
confronted a Yankees intern, was not a violation by Yankees. They were
testing an MLB-approved camera. Moreover, it was Yankees asst GM Jean Afterman
who reported this incident to MLB at the time -- not even the Astros.
