想跟大家分享
我被溫蒂糖小姐這篇文章鼓勵到了~
今天去游泳時,在中壢伊士邦25公尺的小水池裡,
我告訴自己我要多游幾趟才能停下來~
因為我喜歡游泳,我渴望進步!
開始下水後我做了好幾下韻律呼吸,游了幾趟50公尺(來加回),我頗為欣喜~
我是游自由式~
之前游來加回共50M我通常都要休息一下..(整個就是很弱...)
今天游完50,呼吸和手腳痠的程度都還可以接受~~
雖然微喘、手腳微痠..但是....好像還可以繼續游下去哩!!
接著我試著開始來回游,其實我也不知道我游了幾趟 ....
因為很專心的呼吸還有划動
今天我也放棄之前很容易斷氣的呼吸頻率(雙手划到第4下換氣),
我就是左手划完一下右手就換氣,氣夠用哩!!!
我最高興的是我手腳肌肉比之前有耐力,
一直到上週來游泳時,還是很容易因為手腳酸就覺得自己身體的型跑掉,
今天也不知道哪來一股勁,就是告訴自己儘量不要停下來~
不過我有作弊.............
因為我不會水底翻滾轉身(今天有小練,水都灌進鼻子...連眼睛都酸酸的)
我是開放式轉身,兩手抓岸邊時,我有吸氣讓自己不至於太喘,真的快不行時,
我也會趁到岸時抓著池邊休息一下。
總之,自己覺得今天游得很高興!!
今天也有計算自己划手的次數,蹬牆出發漂浮一下開始划手,
25公尺我要划15下手,不知道這樣可以嗎?
