我覺得可以一個人長泳的人都好強啊!!!
我目前我的極限是1.5k/0.5h
因為一個人實在太無聊了
不像以前一堆人一起游
雖然游泳不像跑步,一堆人一起游也沒辦法聊天
但是一個跟著一個游,互相督促的感覺就是不一樣!
不知道你們游個3k 4k
一個人是怎麼排解那種無聊的感覺?
