先前約一年的時間缺乏活動,讓我的體重暴增了快10KG,肚子也變好大XD最近一個月的時間開始減肥,每天固定的作息加上1小時的橢圓機運動,體重開始略為下降,但是討厭的肚子卻總覺它消瘦的好慢==決定再去買個簡單的器材來做仰臥起坐(打算每天早晚各50下),目標是先讓小腹平坦。想請問如果這樣每
