重訓之後切入變慢 - 籃球

4個月前開啟重訓,幾乎都是鍛鍊上半身
但以往可以過人的切入卻明顯變慢
有一種動不起來的感覺
之前是可以很有爆發力的出去
現在卻第一步要動起來就覺得好累
不知道是不是跟重訓有關係
在鍛鍊上半身的時候幾乎沒練腿
導致腿無法支撐上半身多餘的重量而變慢
請問有人有類似的經歷嗎?
