12項評分標準分別是(前鋒、後衛稍有所不同)：
1. 運動能力(Athleticism)
2. 體型(Size)
3. 防守(Defense)
4. 力量(Strength)
5. 速度(Quickness)
6. 領袖氣質(Leadership)
7. 投籃(Jump Shot)
8. 適應能力(NBA ready)：數據轉換能力?
9-1. 籃板能力(Rebounding)
9-2. 運球技巧(Ball Handling)
10. 潛力(Potential)：天花板高度?
11-1. 低位技術(Post Skills)
11-2. 傳球能力(Passing)
12. 無形資產(Intangibles)：球商?
但上述這些指標似乎無法反映出一名球員的心理素質。
圍巾、西門、Ayton…等球員普遍都被認為是心理因素導致成長不如預期，並非天分不足。
Ex：懶散、抗壓性不足、有心魔……
當然有人會說有除了報告之外，還會有面試環節。
但想必大家也都知道：「面試是可以準備的」，練得好的人自然可以把缺點圓掉。
既然如此，NBA選秀報告是不是該新增《性向測試/適性分析》的環節？
就像國內各大企業做的那樣，還可以做成NBA特化版本。
藉由一系列的問題，去分析人的個性、抗壓性、應變能力……等。
較詳盡的測試還會有重複、近似、反向的問題，用來確認回答的穩定性、可靠度…等。
【補充】因為有人問
適性分析可以和面試相輔相成，比方說你個性的測驗結果是「樂觀開朗」。
面試官可以請你講自己的個性、優點，然後舉例，觀察你到底是怎樣的人、跟測驗結果符不符合。
如果聯盟要求新秀們進行適性測驗，是不是就可以增加各隊選到心儀人選的機率呢?
