是不是說
即使不考慮一些武術獨特的架式
對多數武術來說
腹肌都很重要?
畢竟多數武術都有摔技+立姿/地板關節
抗打/躲閃恐怕也是不可免
多數武術比賽也是至少會有前兩者其中之一
尤其結合兩者的
譬如將實戰設定為鍛鍊目標者
或是以MMA比賽為目的者
腹肌更加不可或缺?
除非只練身體健康 ex. tae-bo
或是專門針對特殊的比賽規則做訓練 ex. 跆拳道
也許腹肌比較不重要.... 的樣子?
當然即使有用 過度鍛鍊總是不太好......
