我現在升高一,感覺滿胖的,想減肥。推銷跟任何廣告不要回答。先論飲食平常我不喝飲料、不吃零食,偶而吃糖果早餐的話,我通常在家喝一瓶巧克力牛奶,有時候會吃個麵包(保久乳那樣)午餐的話,我平常都吃學校的25元餐盒,我吃的那兩種,上面寫的熱量好像都差不多250,我感覺有點不相信==第1種
