早餐:泡奶粉牛奶+桂格燕麥片中餐:素食便當(不加素料糙米飯+都是清菜類居多偶爾會有香菇)晚餐:兩顆蘋果每天下午打籃球2小時每個禮拜一都會游泳1個半小時這樣的減肥過程對身體妥不妥當呢^.^~本身體重115公斤~如果不妥請提供合理的減肥餐巴~
