聽說遇到停滯期增加運動時間或換別的有氧運動就能突破停滯期是真的嗎?????有人試過或有經驗的嗎????假如我平常慢跑40分中那我遇到停滯期要增加多久時間????還是乾脆換個運動方法????減肥一定要每天運動嗎???可以只運動3-5天嗎???還是要天天運動才比較有效???
