變態叔叔又來了
這次真的變態了
從第一篇 "變態文" 到這篇是第三篇
差不多也是三個月左右
昨天照鏡子
身體居然開始變型,變成有點三角型 .....
本來以為胸部(胸肌)會先變厚,結果不是,是手臂變壯,然後胸背肌跑出來
體重也是持續控制,這段時間下來,少了約 8 公斤
整個人看起來..... 真的是 "變態" :p
此外,附帶效果是,游泳速度進步的相當明顯,幾乎是二個星期一個階段
從 50 M 從 2 分鐘 --> 1:30 上下 --> 到昨天變成固定不會超過 1:30
至於這段時間我做了什麼,主要就是:
(1) 每周固定至少下水 2 次,通常會到 3 次
(2) 每次都 3000M,我的體力很怪,游不會累,根本就不會.. 只有時間不夠
但是跑步只要跑二下,就會喘噓噓,應該不是我的體力真的很好
應該是 3000M 其實一點也不難
(3) 加強踢腿,有時候會用浮板連續踢 200M
(4) 飲食控制,下水前一定要先吃點東西,游完回家再吃一餐
