人的雙手跟雙腳是不會同等長的
正常都會稍有差異 雖然幅度很小 可能只有一兩公分以內
但是我覺得對我的動作頗有影響
我一般慣用的軸心腳是左腳 踢的時候用右腳踢比左腳踢順暢很多
單腳站立的時候 兩腳的感覺也差很多
左腳比右腳穩的多
請問一下各位用些什麼方式來鍛鍊自己的的肢體平衡
