這是第一次參加,很感謝板主舉辦這個活動,
教練也都超熟心的,也很有耐心,
(教練的名字有點看不太到,但教我什麼我都銘記在心)
只是自己領悟力好像有點差,真是辛苦教練。
手部的動作角度被指導過好幾次,要有抓水的感覺,
腳的踢水動作不要太快,要做完全,
吸飽一口氣在水裡不要全都吐出來身體就可以輕鬆浮起來,
要注意身體的角度,等等等...
教練教了很多,我都有記,只是同時要做好,嘿嘿..就全都亂了..
從來都沒有去過深水泳池,太緊張了,身體沒能好好放鬆,
最後還搞了一埸腳抽筋的鬧局,真是太對不起了,沒參與到最後有點可惜。
另外原來我的自救方式是要這樣:
小腿抽筋:
小腿抽筋大部份發生在腓腸肌的部位。先成水母漂浮姿勢,一手握住足趾,
另一手頂住膝關,用力拉足趾,使腓腸肌盡量伸直,然後用力揉捏其肌腹。
跟本沒想到可以水母漂自救,只想著腳在水裡就不知道要怎麼拉腳。
後來是小魚教練(應該沒打錯名字)幫我拉腳的吧..超感激的..
今天真的學到很多(連抽筋自救都學了>.<),感謝各位。
