跳高訓練法有疑問 - 排球

第四項:彈跳
1. 雙腳打直,與肩同寬,鎖緊你的膝蓋。
2. 只用你的小腿跳,只能彎曲你的腳踝,膝蓋盡量不彎曲。
3. 到地時,再迅速起跳,完成一次。
這一項很難,你可用你的手幫助起跳。
第五項:腳尖跳(跟第四項有點類似不過這邊只用腳尖[腳指]著地)
1. 將腳尖抬到最高點。
2. 用腳尖快速起跳,跳時不超過1。5或2。5cm。

以上兩種有甚麼分別阿= = 感覺都像是用跳繩跳然後膝蓋不彎曲 請教大家囉
