我每天晚上都大約八點去跑步希望能減重我現在72公斤身高173女但是每天運動完我就會很想吃東西我每天大約會運動一小時由於自己每天也都中午起床吃完早餐就去上下午的課~接著去跑步到我完成運動後都晚上十點多啦~我都餓到不行啦~但是我知道太晚吃又會胖~可是一天只吃一餐又跑步真的挺受不了的~
