資方提案Kumar Rocker條款


資方最新CBA提案中

有新提一個選秀條款

那就是如果選手在選秀前就有提交體檢報告的話

那他被選中後，球隊簽約金至少要給他slot的75%

並且球團不能在選後體檢反悔


這應該是針對去年Kumar Rocker的案例

當時大都會在第一輪第十順位選了他

雙方原先也已談好600萬美金簽約金

但後來體檢似乎有問題

所以最後雙方並沒有完成簽約


此外選秀池也提案增加2300萬美金
