貝克漢有好的體能跟良好的態度

所以在皇馬銀河艦隊後期的時候

他時常擔任防守後腰的腳色

這是因為皇馬齊達內 帕文下攻守失衡的產物

前場堆積太多明星進攻球員

造成的結果

這個位置也壓縮貝克漢後來的表現

同時付出很多犯規根掏牌的代價

不過不可否認的他仍然是一個稱職的好球員

後來跟曼聯的佛格森也冰釋前嫌

在人品跟職業道德上也是沒有甚麼可以挑剔的
