大家好
我是新手 才學四個月 用的是"破風拍+24磅線" 83克左右 4U
上次打四小時完後 結果[手肘]會隱隱作痛 就提起準備回擊球時
抬到某個高度就會痛 後來就趕快休息不敢再打下去了
由於之前從未如此 有點被嚇到 怕運動傷害
請問是否因為我用的24磅 可能對新手我太多磅了 太重了 22-23磅較適合我?
因為我其實想再買一支 "非破風拍+25磅線" 的新羽球拍
但這麼一痛 我遲疑了...
在此向各位羽球高手請益了 謝謝~
目的是運動 健康 不想因此受傷啊...
PS 男 臂力不算小 目前的確感到自己殺球雖動作快 但沒有威力...
