我是右撇子 左腳在前前進
練了兩個禮拜 每次玩個10幾分鐘左大腿內側還是會很痠
重心感覺都在右腳...不過也有特意把重心往左腳移 但是反效果 左大腿更痠@@
我是有時候就扶著欄杆左腳單腳站在板子上= =
想說強化一下左腿的肌肉 看會不會比較不痠
雖然之前看有板友說玩了一個月還是會痠
一直滑到最後兩腳就會自動施力平均就不會痠了
不過還是想問有沒有特別的訓練方式能夠快點讓不慣用腿不痠呢?
順便問一下各位玩板的人你們玩多久腿才不痠呀~
