我每天大概都是這樣的吃法早餐:   肉燥麵午餐:   定學校的營養午餐,大概都是1碗飯1夾菜1夾肉1碗湯P.S.夾 就是夾子一次夾起來的分量晚餐:   最近晚餐都是一分鹽酥雞運動:   這個月剛好有游泳課,一個禮拜大概80分鐘。   然後下課有時候會在學校跑跑跳跳,一天大概30分鐘�
