我是男性今年24歲身高167體重62目前還在服役工作形態都是坐辦公室每天早餐固定只喝一罐桂x的燕麥有時後會補一顆橘子或蘋果中餐大部份吃一個便當不然就麵食晚餐前會打一小時桌球偶爾會慢跑20分鐘所以較沒食慾只吃水果或舒跑再不然就不吃平日吃的較簡單但到週末常會去吃日式料理以上因為患有乾
