Starting on your stomach, focusing on keep the hands about 6 inches below the

換個姿勢身體朝上
身體持平 別讓屁股掉下去 不然就會腳彎彎的踢 這樣就錯了
ps. 就我個人的經驗就是 身體一定要放鬆 然後身體扭動像一條蟲子
就最重要的是腹部跟屁股movement 藉由著這個movement 蝶腿就能順勢被帶動
要注意的是不要刻意要求前進 導致身體變形 膝蓋彎曲
還有就是身體只有核心在動 而不是手臂跟肩膀也跟著瘋狂扭動
