更新退費過程：
1. 工作天指週一到六。
2. Royal Mail一般是5-10工作天寄達。
3. Kitbag希望我們等超過15工作天再去吵他們。XD
4. 超過25工作天的話用電話/mail聯繫並提供地址，
Kitbag會寄需填寫的表格，並詢問要退款或視庫存狀況重新寄送。
5. 要求退費的話，2-3工作天後可去信用卡明細檢查。
過25工作天後回信要求退費，Kitbag很迅速的就完成手續了耶！
