請問各位大大
在前彎的時候是要膝蓋打得很直嗎?
我最近遇的兩位瑜珈老師說法不一樣ㄝ~
第一個說
前彎時,膝蓋要打很直,腰背再慢慢練往下,身體慢慢練往大腿靠近
第二個說
前彎時,儘量讓先大腿靠胸,膝蓋先彎沒關係,要讓屁股往天花板方向提
然後再慢慢練讓膝蓋打直
我覺得兩個作法差很多~~不知道哪一個才是對的
不過~~我在做第一個老師說的做法時,膝蓋覺得很有壓力,因為要很用力打直~~
