我在5/8跟kitbag訂了一件新的利物浦球衣
5/13它寄信來跟我說已經dispatched,加上下面這段文字
Your order was shipped with Royal Mail International
This is not a trackable service and you will need to allow 17 working days
before contacting customer services.
到了前天還沒收到,顯然已經超過17個工作天很久了
由於忙工作和腸胃炎
我昨天才在FB給kitbag問訂單狀況
它刪掉我的FB留言,然後回信給我說
Thank you for your email.
We aim to deliver all of our orders and keep failed deliveries to a minimum.
If we do fail to deliver any order to you, please report this to us no later
than 30 days from the date on which the order was taken by us. We will not
accept responsibility for any undelivered orders which are reported to us
later than 30 days after the date on which the order was taken by us.
This timescale is in place as we only have a limited period of time to
investigate any delivery with the courier. As no contact was received from
you within the 30 day period we are unable to take any further action.
Please accept our sincere apologies for any inconvenience caused.

自己說要等17個工作天,當初信裡也沒說沒收到要趕快在30天內回報他,
都他的毛.....
還可以"30天以後還沒收到,我們不負責唷"
我承認我還蠻火大的....以前跟subside訂都沒問題
第一次跟kitbag訂就出毛病
而且之前跟美國AE訂衣服也是超快就收到(剛好兩週)
騙我沒跟國外網站買過衣服啊!!
還收了我的運費...結果跟我講是用不能追蹤的寄出,然後說不負責任,
因為我們時間很有限唷^.<
最後還來個不痛不癢的道歉
(至少跟我講怎麼退費啊!現在連錢都不退,可以告你詐欺嗎?)
所以....請遭遇過類似狀況的板友指點我一下
我接下來要怎麼跟kitbag打交道
沒球衣就算了 至少錢退給我勉強可以接受
唉 沒想到kitbag這麼有名 服務卻這麼爛Orz
