Simon Cambers, who is co-president of the International Tennis Writers
Association (ITWA), said it was "deeply concerning" that Djokovic hadn't told
one of the organization's members -- and the rest of the L'Equipe team on the
day -- that he had tested positive for Covid-19.
"As journalists, we take great care to adhere to all Covid-19 rules in place
and we would expect all players to do the same," added the ITWA statement.
"Furthermore, it should be noted that journalists have to be fully vaccinated
to travel to Melbourne for this year's Australian Open."

無論其法律結果，法庭外的影響，應該是「這個人的話，我們能夠相信幾成？」

作為大會，是不是得擔心他有什麼未公開的事情會危及與會人員？
作為政府，他一旦確認違反了健康規定（不只一次，這是2020年Adria比賽後的第二次）
已經有足夠理由認定其行為模式可能對澳洲大眾的健康造成不良影響。
現在還沒有立即取消其簽證，應該是讓消息飛一下、累積足夠的國際輿論壓力，
這樣真的遣返的時候比較不會有後座力。

澳洲本身對於「外國人入境」有明確規定，必須要完整接種合格疫苗，或者有醫療豁免。
其主管單位ATAGI特別說明，「過去六個月內染疫並不是構成醫療豁免的理由」
Past SARS-CoV-2 infection
ATAGI notes that natural immunity from past infection is recognised as
fully-vaccinated in several European countries. ATAGI also notes the
challenge of confirming past infection and uncertainty with regards to the
duration of protection.
While evidence suggests that past infection reduces the risk of reinfection
for at least six months (and therefore may be regarded as a temporary
exemption for vaccination for a maximum of six months), ATAGI recommends that
two doses of a TGA-approved or TGA-recognised COVID-19 vaccine according to
the recommended schedule is still required in order to be considered fully
vaccinated. Past infection with SARS-CoV-2 is not a contraindication to
vaccination.
