本人擔任中鋒 身高大約188/84
但是核心超級差
伏地挺身做不太起來也不標準
上場打五打五的時候
跑位很奇怪
看起來很卡
看影片的時候發現的
想請問大大們有沒有推薦的菜單
順帶一提 我對五打五的觀念
4.5號該做的事 不太瞭解
溝通很重要 但有時候感覺不是溝通的問題
抱歉問題有點多
