要怎麼評量投手說用幾分力在投球 - 棒球

之前常看到一些新聞訪一些選手，
很多投手都說只用了幾分力在丟。
但同一個投手這場說用七分力狀況很好，球速在147-150極速跑，
下一場卻說用力過多（9分 or 10分力？），控球反而變差，
而球速也頂多150-153吧。
平時牛棚日又說只需五分力，但目測球速還是有130以上。
到底這種幾分力怎麼判斷的？
