我之前曾經差不多半年減了8~9公斤請問我這樣是算減的快還是慢??因為我現在又有一點復胖QQ想要再來減肥請問減肥如果是要晚上不吃還是中午不吃比較好呢?(我想減快一點的話)我的下半身真的好胖唷~我幾乎都胖在大腿屁股我到底要怎麼做才可以瘦下來?可以請成功的告訴我妳是怎麼減的嗎?用算卡路里的
