我是國中生!最近一直有個煩惱就是我越來越胖了!我平常雖然有在練跆拳道的習慣但是我只要一練玩或是再家休息時!就會一直想要吃東西我現在是身高163體重53.5的人我想我的體重應該是不太標準的啦!所以請大家幫我想個辦法我想要瘦到43拜託了!PS:我大概就是胖在大腿和小腹的部分我不要那種一次就受��
