我沒有學過游泳,可是很喜歡玩水
現在會的自由式和蛙式都是小時候耗在游泳池看別人游或偷聽別人教游泳學會的
唸書的時候有游泳課,老師看我會前進會換氣(就是淹不死啦!)
都把我歸在會游的那類
不過我自己懶得跟其他的同學在那邊做練習才是最大的原因
所以到現在游是會游,不過都游不久,也游不快
自由式還算感覺的出來有速度,不過常常游到快累死卻比人家蛙式還慢
至於蛙式簡直就像在水上慢慢的漂過去,不過倒是一點都不會累
我現在的問題是,我該不該找個教練好好學"正確的泳姿"
還是勤快點跑泳池練,肌肉變比較大塊,速度自然就會快了?
再請問每天去游泳大概要游多少的份量才算適當
目前我是50自50蛙50自50蛙.....這樣每天游1000,這樣的份量夠嗎?
