剛剛看了TI的蝶式教學,再加上爬板上賢敗的文。
用上半身去帶動蝶腿 (疆屍跳45度+蝶胸) 腳部放鬆不出力
蝶了約莫一個小時 中間有休息... 頭開始很暈。
我在想可能是後段 想出全身體力量做碟腰動作 不小心加入頭部上下晃動
想加大擺動幅度,造成頭腦暈眩= = 。想請問要怎麼克制壓胸動作
頭部不要使力,只做出挺胸動作? 還是有人也是頭部會幫忙加力??
第三問 有時候會感覺壓胸動作 整個人身體往正下方沉 而非往前 請問這要如何改善?
