愚昧的我越想姿勢的問題會越困惑
請教各位蛙王蛙后
大家收勾夾的下半身都是哪部位吃力最重呢?
有人說臀部(會翹です)
有人說大腿
也有人說小腿...
**抱歉沒說清楚
我是指雙手入水stream line那一瞬間
雙腿踢出的用力方式**
我呢
是有意識的腳踝出很多力氣
所以很容易累積疲勞
這麼小的肌肉群 廢話
目前正想辦法逐漸往上發力
話說騎單車的自己 對於下半身的集氣頗有自信
卻也常常用力過了頭
累積經驗中
將踩踏的哲學給轉移至水中
就功德圓滿
打完
收功
