今天去游泳池練習蹬夾
發現雖然可以前進
可是漂的時間很短
之前是完全不會前進XD
上游泳課的時候的老師一直提醒我
收腿的時候兩膝蓋要盡量打開
然後蹬的時候兩腿能分越開越好
可是感覺效果不是很好耶
尤其是蹬的時候
打太開也沒什麼力夾了
反而後來自己跟同學一起游
動作做小一點好像前進的比較快耶
剛剛看到板上有人說膝蓋打開與肩同寬就好了
到底應該是怎樣才比較有效率呢?
還有夾水的時候腳掌要面對水嗎?
感覺夾水夾的很虛......
蹬出去的時候前進還比較多XD
啊
蛙式真的好難啊!!!
