蘭帕德：我們缺乏攻擊性


蘭帕德回顧了周二晚上藍軍在倫敦德比中的失利，談到了在訓練場上養成好習慣的必要性
，這樣我們才能在這樣的比賽中獲得機會，他還強調了一名樹立了好榜樣的年輕球員。

蘭帕德承認我們在下半場的表現有進步，但他強調每天訓練都需要掌握更多正確的方法。


“也許我在中場休息時說了一些話，公平地說，我在比賽前就說過了。但戰術上沒有變化
，不管踢4後衛或5後衛，如果沒有做好基本的準備，這些都不重要。我們的基礎有了一些
改善，有了更多的活力，創造了幾次不錯的機會，並從中獲得了一個進球。”


“這些都是小小的收獲，但當我們來到這樣一個客場，不可能從45分鐘到最後都是這樣的
表現。”


“如果沒有在周三和周四進行訓練，就不會在周六或任何比賽日做到這一點。如果這些東

“可能有很多原因，其中一些是非常合理的。新球員來到英超，來到一支正處於困難時刻
的球隊，這並不容易，這是世界上最難的聯賽。”


“但有些東西是最基本的，我們必須做得更好。部分原因是球隊缺乏信心，但在基礎方面
也表現不佳，現在還有5場比賽要踢，球員們需要證明自己配得上首發，就像馬杜埃克今
晚所做的那樣，經過兩周的良好訓練後，他拿出了應有的表現。”

Chilwell: We’re hurt and we’re angry


Ben Chilwell admitted Chelsea produced another substandard performance in the
loss to Arsenal and the left-back explained what is required for the Blues to
get out of the ‘deep hole’ we currently find ourselves stuck in.


Last night’s London derby was all but over by the 34th minute of the game
when Gabriel Jesus put the Gunners 3-0 up, and though Frank Lampard’s side
showed signs of life in the second half, it was a case of too little, too
late.


Chilly was as honest as ever as he assessed the game and our recent form.


‘We’re hurt and angry, every negative emotion you could think of,’ he said.


‘It was very poor. We knew that if we came here and played like that we
would have to expect to concede three goals. We weren’t getting tight to
anyone, weren’t laying a hand on anyone. We were passive.


‘We’re probably quite a nice team to play against which has been the story
of the whole season to be honest. It seems to be every team that plays
against us has a good game. That’s not a coincidence. A lot of the
performances recently have been below the standard we set. The first half was
another example of that. We have to look at ourselves.’

Having lost six games on the spin for the first time in over 30 years,
Chilwell knows the Blues are in a bad spot right now, but what the England
international also believes is that the remaining weeks of the season are
crucial despite our lack of involvement at either end of the table. He
explained the reasons why.


‘We are in a deep hole at the moment. To get ourselves out of it we need to
stick together. There will be a lot of outside noise, but we need to stick
together, train hard and coming into games show the effort the fans want to
see.

‘That’s all we can focus on now: doing it for ourselves and importantly for
the fans, giving them something positive in the last five games. They have
stuck with us all season. We went over to clap them and they’re still there,
so we really have to do it for them.


‘It’s pretty big going into next season. If we can get some results, show we
’re a team and give the fans something to smile about, hopefully we can take
that into pre-season.’
