The 19 year-old has been with the Premier League champions during their
North American tour and made his debut on Tuesday night against Barcelona.
Kenedy, who is owned by Fluminese and would cost around ￡6.3m, played for
45 minutes here and impressed Mourinho.
Football Association work permit rules appear to make it difficult for the
Brazilian to sign for Chelsea as he is yet to make an appearance for the
national team despite having played a under-17 and under-20 level.
“我們簽下肯尼迪是因為我們相信他很有能力，他才19歲，還是個年輕的孩子，
我們認為他前途無量。我們想留下肯尼迪，我們不會把他租借出去。我認為我們已經
滿足了讓他獲得勞工證的條件。”
“季前賽前兩場比賽他就和我們在一起了，但是因為沒有拿到相關文件所以無法
上場。這場對陣巴塞隆納的比賽他有機會上場了，雖然這只是一場友誼賽，但我想對
一個孩子而言，和世界上最好的隊伍交手也算是最完美的亮相了。對他而言這是個難
忘的夜晚，他收穫了寶貴的經驗。”
