原本計畫是帶摺疊車遊中部舊山線&各火車站週邊景點所以近2個禮拜開始慢跑想說藉此提升體能但看了知識+後大家都說跑步的運動傷害比較大而且最近先從"台中綠園道"開始騎發現騎自行車好像也不會太累(上坡除外)是否不需藉由慢跑來提升體能呢?或是有其他更好的分法來提升體能呢?我需要怎�
