最好的例子,請想像只用手匍匐前進,是不是會把整個前臂往前放,
然後把整個身體拖向前臂?
自由式的抓水完全體,就與這種效果一樣。
最理想的自由式划水,單次划手入水點會與當次划手的出水點位置一樣,
改變的只有身體的位置,就像匍匐前進,整個身體被往前拉。
要怎麼做到? 抓水。
這種感覺像抓水抓到一整塊,以這塊當土地一樣匍匐前進那樣。

補充:推水很大力卻無法前進,原因有很多種,有可能水平分量其實沒多少,
也有可能是在推水的那一瞬間,整個身體不是一個整體,核心肌群沒有hold住,
導致前進的力量被關節與肌腱結締組織等慢慢消耗掉。
這種核心hold住的力量對於自由式而言還蠻重要的,延伸啦抓水啦都建築在這種
感覺上。
也有可能下半身的打水反而會阻礙全身的協調性,這得實際看過泳姿才能確認。
