最近在上游泳課
還有看一些網路教學影片
整理出幾個結論
1. 大腿帶動小腿
2. 膝蓋不要刻意彎曲(?
3. 壓腳背
4. 腳要像鞭子一樣
測試幾次後,有點無法抓到踢水,腿的發力要領
因為覺得腿要發力,但又要放鬆
感覺有點矛盾...?
我的想法是先髖部發力
當大腿帶動小腿時
小腿會瞬間發力(?
不知道這樣理解有沒有錯誤(?
另外想問雙腳在打水的時候
兩隻腳的間距和踢水的幅度大概是~?
看到游泳池每個人好像都不太一樣 哈哈..
有時候感覺正確踢的時候
會前進的很有感
