目前遭遇的問題:
游泳時帶節拍器,目前是1.5秒嗶一下,嗶一下等於一個換手
換氣不順,目前是四划一換
吸到氣後手入水算第一下,到第四下手入水時才開始吐氣
游25米就有喘的感覺,無法連續游
前三划時身體還算浮,第四下換氣時,不知為何身體就比較沉,有時會換不到氣
懷疑是太早踢水影響??
換氣的姿勢一直找不到甜蜜點,總覺得勉強,不像蛙式很自在的呼吸
