教練教的自由式划手和版上常看到的這個youtube教學連結

不太一樣耶...
我學的是 右手掌朝左往內撥水，撥到胸口後向後(向天空)推水
左手方向相反以此類推
跟影片的是先向外撥水方向相反耶~@@
我另外還看了很多菲爾普斯和索普的影片，也看不太出來手部動作的所以然...

想先問問板上朋友，S型是不是有分很多種呢?
哪一種才是最好的呢?
