本身 177公分 82公斤 體脂肪大概22-24跳
以前國小國中還算愛游泳,但中間中斷了約15年
後來平均每個月都有一兩天會去游五百公尺
現今33歲了。
日前自己嘗試測試25公尺短池
游25m 14秒
游50m 33秒
小弟目標想要50m游進28秒
不知道這個透過減肥來達成
還是加強每週下水訓練量來提升呢?
會想拼短程秒數是因為我打算參加公家機關舉辦的
相關比賽,謝謝大家
另外有推薦的台中教練或是熱愛游泳的朋友可以
幫我調整糾正姿勢也可以站內我。
