自由式換氣的問題...!!! - 游泳討論

今天去游泳的時候，注意到了我左右兩邊的換氣身體的翻滾不太對稱
右邊換氣時，身體只要稍微的轉動就能讓頭部接觸到水面，並且能快速的
再把頭埋到水裡面繼續。
左邊換氣時，需要稍為長一點的時間，讓身體漸漸的轉動到90度左右，頭部
緩慢，舒適的露出水面，但是卻很難轉回水平面，需要刻意的
矯正回來。
想請問兩者哪個比較正確? 如果是左側換氣正確是不是我右側手滑的不夠到底
加上換完氣的左手沒有奮力向前升，導致不能快速的轉回水平面?
還是說是右側換氣正確， 要讓自己學習怎麼讓左邊快速換氣??
