最近上游泳課
加上划手動作後腳都會下沉,
我一直以為我的腿伸很直(自我感覺良好,我膝蓋用力就以為腿伸很直,)
但昨天教練說我膝蓋會彎造成腿下沈,
我其實不知道問題在哪兒,
我想說我都那麼用力撐住了,
應該沒有鋤頭腳吧,沒想到還是沈……
今天練習時,我打水幾下之後覺得好像腿又沈了,就先暫停划手和打水動作,腿果然浮上來
一些,這……,我該怎麼矯正比較好?
拜託版友指點迷津了(希望下一次上課前我的腿可以練到不沈……)
註:我眼睛有看池底, 膝蓋腳踝有伸直
