小弟今年29歲
之前完全沒有游泳經歷
最近終於有時間去參加游泳課程
是去家裡附近的游泳池上15堂的團體班
教練希望初學都從自由式開始 已經上到12堂了
還是沒辦法獨力換氣 以下是我的練習現況
1.憋氣拿浮板踢水 一口氣最多踢到10公尺
2.抬頭拿浮板踢水 幾乎無法前進 而且下半身很難浮起來 常常踢快10秒都還在原地
只好很羞恥的踩地重來 囧
3.手滑水+腳踢水 我好像無法同時做這兩個動作 換個兩三回氣 動作就會散掉
尤其是腳 根本就只剩抖動 無以為繼
請問我有什麼練習可以改善這種狀況嗎
請不要叫我放鬆 我的教練已經叫我放鬆五百多次了
看到旁邊的小朋友 隨便來幾堂課就會游 真的很打擊...

抽筋,不但不能幫助前進還浪費體力.另外,我覺得很多會
游的人的踢水其實也只是在維持平衡而以
