自由式要訣
1.換氣時是腰部以及整個上半身旋轉,雙腿都是往正下方打水
2.打水時重點是髖部出力,然後大腿帶動小腿,膝蓋是順勢彎曲,但不能彎太多
3.手部出水時,曲臂、手肘抬高,入水時輕輕切入水面
4.自由式的推進力70%是划手,30%才是打水,但打水是基礎功,自由式的根本
5.其實划I字型會比S型游得更快
蝶式要訣
1.腰部帶動大腿再帶動小腿,不能像自由式一樣只是髖部出力,腰部也要出力
2.頻率、協調和配合很重要
3.臂力非常重要(所以想游好蝶式最好能配合重訓)
4.划手時,重點要放在讓身體能夠往前推進,不是往上方移動
