先對畫質不甚好 可能傷了各位眼睛說聲抱歉
但如果能因為版友的指點而進步我就很高興哩XD

因為我是右邊換氣的 所以左手可能因為要負擔換氣的所需的"升"力
而有壓水情況 而待需求結束後卻沒有收到胸口 所以高肘不明顯 效率差
而右手高肘抱水不是很明顯(我有刻意要做 但是還找不到那個身體的平衡點)

之前有同學說我腰太鬆了 會讓腳散開(打成剪水) 我以為我有改善
可是錄起來才發現還是一樣0.0
不過這次好像不是"散" 是為了打水而蓄力而開的感覺
有什麼改善的方法嗎? 打開好像會有多餘的水阻..
是刻意讓腰轉得沒有需要換氣的上半身多嗎?

兩腳沒並攏打
我有刻意讓手先觸水後才打壓肩的那下蝶腳 這樣才不會阻礙到那次蝶腳的動力
不然之前都是兩個一起發生= ="
問:在換完氣後的那次蝶腳前 我的腳有類似蓄力的讓小腿往上拉一些距離再往下

這次節奏上我有點游亂了 因為有點喘=口= 趕著換氣
我想問這樣水花會不會太誇張
換氣後我都會停一下 因為要等手放到前面才蝶腰
我想正常來說是不會有那個斷點的 不知道要從哪開始把那個斷點改善
附帶問一下:
捷手的高肘抱水 延伸後 除了前臂去抓水外
需要提肩嗎?
就是施力把肘關節提高 讓前臂更能提早和水夾90度 就可以直接推水
還是這樣會增加肩關節的負擔?
如果我這樣做的時候前三角肌在划臂過程的前半會有點痛0.0
手入水時前臂抓水是由肘關節彎曲 而掌面要從入水時轉近90度
(不然肘關節彎下時掌面會切水)
而在肘關節彎曲前上臂要離開頭一定距離會比較舒服
這樣使得推水前期(手還在胸部以上時)推水的方向不是三頭肌伸展的方向
即不是肘關節伸展的方向
這樣不會造成肘關節不適?
